My 3 most-used AI workflows of 2025 ๐
The prompts I actually used every single week last year...

Hello everybody, welcome back to Moodboard, and Happy New Year! ๐
Today, I'm looking back at 2025 and sharing the three AI workflows I used the most this last year.
These are the prompts and systems that I reached for every single week (and will continue to rely on well into 2026).
Collectively, theyโve saved me and my team literally hundreds of hours.
Also worth noting: all three of these are taught in much greater detail within Vibe Marketer OS - our self-guided program teaching students how to use these workflows (and literally dozens of others) together as a complete system across your entire marketing stack.
If you want to start 2026 fully equipped, the program is 25% off to celebrate the New Year (but only for the next week).
Alright, without further ado, letโs dive in๐

This is the workflow we use to write Moodboard every week (and it's also a part of the process we use to draft newsletters for our Tailwind clients).

The basic workflow is:
Setting up a Claude Project with your writing samples, audience info, and product details
Using voice-to-text to ramble your thoughts on a topic
Letting Claude transform those ramblings into a polished first draft.
Once youโre practiced, Iโve found it only takes ~30 min of editing to go from your initial rambling answer to a polished draft.
Weโve used this system literally thousands of times in 2025, so weโve gotten pretty good at it ๐

2. Our Ad Creation Workflow
In addition to writing newsletters for our Tailwind clients, we also help grow their newsletter audience through channels like Meta Ads.

This workflow is incredibly helpful for ideating and concepting new ad creatives.
We were initially doing most of this in ChatGPT, but, once Google released Nano Banana Pro, we moved the whole process over and havenโt looked back.
It's a simple three-step loop:
Meta-prompt with Claude to generate ad concepts
Generate in Nano Banana Pro
Then iterate conversationally (either in Claude or directly within Gemini) until you nail it

Somewhere around 80% of Moodboard's organic growth has come from LinkedIn.
And, of that, the vast majority has come from "comment-to-get" formatted posts (the kind where you tease your content and ask people to comment a keyword to get the link via DM).

This workflow takes a finished newsletter and turns it into one of those posts automatically.
It's a "wizard prompt" that walks you through decisions one-by-one
First you pick a hook from 5 options
Then you select your bullet points
Then you choose a keyword. Only then does it assemble the final post.
I use this pretty much every single Thursday after finishing Moodboard. It's become part of our publishing routine (and a huge contributor to our growth).
