3 prompts for your marketing funnel 📈
A lead magnet, a newsletter, and a viral social strategy, all built with AI tools you can use today

Hello everybody, welcome back to Moodboard 🌴
BEFORE WE DIVE IN:
We have room to take on 4 new Tailwind partners in March.
If you've been thinking about launching a newsletter for your business (or you have one that's not getting the attention it deserves), this is the best opportunity to get started with our team in 2026.
The Tailwind team will:
Design, build, and launch your weekly newsletter in Beehiiv
Write and send new editions every week
And help you grow that newsletter using the same set of strategies we’ve used to grow Moodboard
We've covered a lot of individual AI workflows in this newsletter, but today I want to zoom out and highlight the three most impactful marketing use cases for AI right now.
When you tie them together, they form a simple funnel that can start growing your business this week, and you can knock any one of these out in a single sitting.
Let me walk you through the stack 👇

Strategy #1: Building a Lead Magnet (via Lovable or Claude Code)
Our funnel starts with something worth trading an email for.
The old playbook was a PDF checklist or an ebook that took weeks to design.
Now, with the available suite of AI tools we have at our disposal, you can build interactive, AI-powered lead magnets (calculators, assessment tools, personalized recommendation engines) in under an hour.

For example, I built a Gemini-powered tool for Moodboard that:
Collects a user's email
Asks them about their role, goals, and business type
And then uses AI to recommend the most relevant prompt from our entire archive of Moodboard prompts
The whole thing took me about 45 minutes to construct in Lovable.

I'm biased, but I think building an email newsletter is the highest-value marketing channel that creators and businesses can focus on in 2026.
It keeps you top of mind with your audience, it builds trust through consistent value, and it gives you a direct line to your customers that no algorithm can take away.
Over the last 2 years of scaling our newsletter agency, we’ve built a pretty foolproof system for building weekly newsletters using Claude Projects:
You upload your brand guidelines, tone of voice notes, past editions, and any reference material into the project's knowledge hub.
You write custom project instructions that encode your newsletter's structure, style, and formatting rules.
You simply drop a rough outline of that edition’s topic, and Claude drafts a newsletter in your voice, written for your audience, in your specified format

We use this exact system for Moodboard and for our Tailwind clients. It takes our team from a blank page to a solid first draft in minutes instead of hours.

#3: Drive LinkedIn Impressions (via our “wizard prompt”)
You've got a lead magnet that captures emails, and a newsletter that keeps those emails warm.
Now you need eyeballs.
The most effective social strategy we've found for driving social impressions (for B2B, especially) is the LinkedIn "comment-to-get" post.
It's the strategy that got Moodboard its first 1,000 subscribers in 27 days (from only 4 LinkedIn posts!)

The format is simple: you write a post that teases the value of your newsletter (or lead magnet), list out the specific benefits, and end with "Like this post and comment [KEYWORD] and I'll DM you the link."
This works because comments signal to LinkedIn's algorithm that your content is valuable, so it surfaces the post to a larger audience.
By sending the link via DM instead of putting it in the post, you avoid LinkedIn's link penalty (they suppress posts with outbound links).
I built a wizard prompt that handles this whole process.
You paste in your finished newsletter, and it walks you through four steps: generating hook options, selecting bullet points, choosing a keyword, and assembling the final post.

As I mentioned at the top of the email, if you'd rather have my team build and manage this whole newsletter system for you, we're taking on 4 new Tailwind partners that want to kick-off next month.
We'll create a weekly newsletter for your business, handle the writing, manage the production, and help you grow and engage your email list.
