Set up your first Claude Cowork project (fast) 🧙‍♂️

Last week, I walked through how I set up my Cowork projects: the folder hierarchy, skills files, scheduled tasks, and the overall structure that makes every task compound over time.

But setting up the folder structure, writing your first skills files, figuring out what your project instructions should say... there's a lot of decisions to make before you even start using the thing.

So I built a 901-word ‘wizard prompt’ that guides you through the whole process.

You paste it into a new Cowork project, answer a few questions about your work, and it builds out your entire project setup. Folders, skills files, project instructions, all of it.
